Madam Vivian Innis McGill

Vivian Neejay Innis is a gender and policy specialist, development practitioner, leadership advocate, and writer committed to positively impacting the lives of women, children, disadvantaged youth, and the extremely poor. With over 15 years of experience in developing and assessing gender policies in low-income countries, Vivian has extensive experience in working on socio-economic growth and sustainable development topics. She holds a BBA in Management from the United Methodist University (Liberia) and a master’s degree in Sustainable International Development from the Brandeis University Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Boston Massachusetts USA. She has worked as a Gender Justice Specialist for the Rule of Law program and Gender Focal Person for UNDP Liberia, contributing to the progress towards gender equality and women’s empowerment. Vivian has a passion for social entrepreneurship and hopes to blend her work with sustainable fashion initiatives.

Abigail T. Gbessagee

Abigail T. Gbessagee is an experienced public administration and law professional with over 8 years of experience in government, private, and non-profit environments in Liberia. She has provided leadership and oversight on various projects related to community development, environmental education, conservation, social justice, and women’s rights. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Public Administration and is a candidate for a Bachelor of Law (LLB-Cand.) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law at the University of Liberia. She is passionate about community development and empowering young people and hopes to start a non-profit foundation with a focus on community youth empowerment soon.
